We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Specialist in Madrid, Spain. This is a unique opportunity to grow and excel in your field, working with cutting-edge geospatial data solutions.
About the RoleThis role requires expertise in photogrammetry, geomatics, or similar fields. You will provide technical support to customers, assisting them with issues related to data acquisition, processing, and post-processing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pix4D's products and solutions, staying up-to-date on improvements and updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance services via our ticketing system or in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather information, regularly review and revise content to reflect updates, and provide users with reliable resources.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Update and maintain Pix4D's online documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Proven knowledge in the field of geodesy, photogrammetry, geomatics, or similar.
- Proficiency with technology and software applications, being comfortable using software tools and online learning platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and handling technical support tickets.
- Strong empathy and patience for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, an ability to listen attentively and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing customer issues and finding solutions to complex challenges.
- An estimated annual salary of €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
