About This Position

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships to grow their commitment to reforestation with Tree-Nation. You'll continuously learn and develop strategies to grow your portfolio and increase sales from your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain current commitments while upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.
  • Minimize account churn while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Ensure all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Monitor the flow of orders through our systems, addressing and resolving issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement and follow up on customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Full professional fluency in French; English and any other second language is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
