Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate with expertise in study site activation to join our team. The successful candidate will lead or support operational activities from start-up to close-out for assigned studies and investigator sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the compilation of high-quality Investigator Initiation Packages (IIPs) for site initiation.
  • Register investigator sites and client stakeholders in client registries and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site compliance and performance.
  • Support investigators sites with local IRB workflow from preparation, submission through approval.
  • Collaborate with the Study Team on the development and readiness of sites eISF when utilized.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA and Global and local country regulations. Fluency in English is required, with multilanguage capability being an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave entitlements, health insurance, retirement planning, and flexible working arrangements.
