Strategic Director of Sales for Network and Collaboration Services

About the Role:
The successful candidate will serve as the Strategic Director of Sales for Network and Collaboration Services, leading a team of sales directors to drive the achievement of sales strategy and related operational targets and profit margins for the Managed Services portfolio of products. This role requires a combination of executive management, coaching, and leadership activities to enable the MS function to achieve its strategic objectives and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of sales directors to achieve sales targets and operate profitably.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Develop and ensure the execution of the sales strategy by making decisions that influence people, process, and technology.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
