About the BOM Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOM Coordinator to join our team at Fabletics. As a BOM Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Bill of Materials (BOMs) for our designs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain BOMs throughout the development process, including partnering with the Design Team to add colorways per style/component into Centric (PLM).
  • Join remotely, when possible, to cross-functional document alignment meetings after seasonal assortment and business reviews to update colorways and components.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BOMs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous experience in a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PLM systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
