We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Java Software Engineer to join our Developer Team. The ideal candidate will participate in technical solutions for both frontend and backend parts of the product, ensuring quality and delivery according to corporate criteria.
Main Responsibilities:- Participate in development, administration, and maintenance of solutions.
- Collaborate in design, configuration, development, and testing of modules, APIs, endpoints, and services provided by solutions.
- Work on optimization and efficiency of software and its processes.
- Guarantee that software has necessary quality in maintenance and new software developed.
- Implement software quality/security controls.
- +5 years of experience in development teams.
- +2 years of experience in IAM applications desirable.
- High experience in development teams using Java (microservices architecture, APIs), Spring Boot, Maven, Javascript, SQL & Oracle databases, framework testing (Postman).
- Cloud Computing Infrastructure Knowledge (PaaS, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker containers).
- APIs knowledge (REST & SOAP, OpenAPI, software design patterns) & identity federation, provision (SCIM).
- Continuous Integration Experience (CD/CI): Github, Jenkins, UrbanCode.
- Agile Tools Experience: Jira, Confluence, Kanban.
- Experience in IAM security systems (Sailpoint, authentication & authorization systems).
- Data Lake knowledge (DataBricks, Cloudera, Qlik, Snowflake, S3).
- DevSecOps skill (Secure Software Development Life Cycle, Security in DevOps Processes etc.).
- B2 English and fluency in Spanish.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
