Cloud Partner Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a #CyberFit future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners.
  • Analyze and plan territories to identify top potential partners.
  • Perform account planning with managed partners, tailoring approaches to their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Initiate successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Minimize churn and retain partners through regular engagement and support.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth.
  • Profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, documenting information in the Partner Passport.
  • Lead partners through their lifecycle, conducting regular activities focused on education, evangelization, and commitment.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners, prioritizing based on their needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, preferably in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, with a strong understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Excellent presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and address customer questions.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, thriving in a global environment and eager to contribute to the team's success.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
  • Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Strong presentational, communication, interpersonal, planning, and time management skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up.
