Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst at Promote Project, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to user behavior, vehicle utilization, market trends, and operational performance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Deep dive into customer service metrics to inform on strategy for owner and driver retention.
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Work closely with business owners including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to understand and identify key business questions, challenges, and KPIs.
- Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks that ensure the quality, consistency, and security of data across all BI solutions.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective measures to uphold data integrity.
- Champion best practices in data management and BI tool usage within the organization.
- Lead end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Document methodologies, workflows, and outcomes to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within a tech-driven or mobility-focused company.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar; strong SQL skills.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
