Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Associate will be:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and web contacts, and be involved in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities.
  • Qualify new potential clients and leads, and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell, build and enrich the database, create business opportunities, and increase revenue from accounts.
  • Ensure close communication with the team to share information and provide ad-hoc support.
  • Be a team player and participate in the success of the team and project.

Requirements:

  • Native level of French.
  • Good level of English is a plus.
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed to work.
  • Previous experience in Sales.
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player willing to work with many nationalities.

Contract details:

  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card mandatory.
  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
  • 40h/week, 8h/day, Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts.

Salary conditions:

  • 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included).
  • 1240€ gross/month without accommodation.
  • Private health insurance after 6 months of contract.

Relocation support for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
  • Airport pick-up.
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within the EU).
  • Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival.
