Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for corporate governance? Do you have a strong background in entity governance and a proven track record of delivering results?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the global entities of Unilever, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company and corporate law, with at least 3 years of experience in entity governance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, tax, and finance teams, to ensure smooth operations.
You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective governance, provide guidance and support to subsidiary directors and management teams, ensure accurate and timely completion of regulatory filings, collaborate with external providers to manage global legal entity management, and refine LEM processes and consolidate LEM globally.
The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
