Corporate Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team in Spain. This role requires a high level of expertise in sales, business development, and account management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing major corporate clients in Spain, leveraging their strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients in Spain through effective sales strategies.
- Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure commercially viable agreements for both parties.
- Drive revenue growth by maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in consulting or selling complex solutions to large corporations in Spain.
- A proven track record of acquiring and managing key corporate clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
