We are collaborating with a multinational software company that operates in Germany, France, and Japan. They are expanding their presence in Valencia and are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their team.

Sollers Consulting is a multinational company with over 700 professionals who work on building the digital future for companies in the banking and insurance sector. They value people and have a strong culture that prioritizes their employees.

**What You Will Find at Sollers Consulting**

- **Onboarding Program**: You will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program at their headquarters in Warsaw, where you will learn about the company's history, tools, and processes, and meet your colleagues from Poland.

- **Certification Training**: You will complete a certification training program, and once finished, you will be assigned a colleague who will act as a shadow and guide you throughout a project.

- **Coach**: You will have a dedicated coach who will support you during onboarding and beyond to ensure your proper development.

- **Personal Development Budget**: You will have a personal budget to continue your training and development.

- **Highly Qualified Team**: You will work with a highly qualified team that will allow you to tackle projects with great technical demands.

- **Semi-Annual Evaluations**: You will have semi-annual evaluations to analyze your performance and promote your growth.

- **Agile Methodology**: You will work under the framework of Agile methodology (Scrum), which will give you autonomy and the opportunity to actively participate in projects.

**Your Responsibilities**

- **Implement, Configure, and Customize Core Insurance Systems**: You will implement, configure, and customize core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA, or INSIS aligned with customer needs.

- **Design Solutions and Prepare Documentation**: You will design solutions and prepare their documentation.

- **Plan and Execute Unit Tests**: You will plan and execute unit tests.

- **Participate in R&D**: As part of the internal R&D team, you can participate in the development of our own solutions.
