About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Management and Distribution Specialist to join our team at Emerald Stay. As a key member of our Revenue Management & Distribution Team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our distribution channels.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Distribution and Revenue Management to onboard new properties and update the existing portfolio across distribution channels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for existing and new markets for both online and offline distribution.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and research to inform pricing decisions.
  • Provide pricing recommendations for new properties and assist in the creation of revenue management dashboards.
  • Extract and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Availability for a period of 6 months, working 30-40 hours per week.
  • Currently enrolled in or have just finished studies in hospitality or business administration/management.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a working environment, preferably in English.
  • Eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Proficient in Excel (tested during the recruitment process).
