As a Personalized Service Coordinator at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary goal will be to anticipate and meet the needs of our discerning guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Assist with plans and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
  • Ensure all guest requests are met and followed up on, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our in-suite services, technology, amenities, functions, and systems, ensuring you can provide expert guidance to our guests.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat guests, ensuring their profiles are up-to-date and their needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional service to long-staying, special-attention, and occasion-celebrating guests, paying close attention to their unique needs and requests.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and courtesy when interacting with guests, respecting their privacy at all times.
  • Ensure all unattended valuables and belongings are noted and reported to the Supervisor, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.
  • Provide third-service to guests by tidying up rooms after they leave, demonstrating a commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Supervise the operation of room service, food and beverage, and other guest concerns, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.
  • Assign tasks and provide guidance to workers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of workers, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Assist domestic employees with their tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Communicate important announcements, meetings, and memorandums to employees, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Deliver exceptional service in each unit, adhering to our service standards and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
  • Prepare service plates, collect empty plates, and instruct Bus Boys and interns, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Comply with departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department, ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures.
  • Carry out duties according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager, promoting a culture of excellence and consistency.
  • Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of our hotel.
  • Predict and mitigate the environmental impact of our activities, participating in initiatives to protect biological diversity and promote sustainability.
  • Implement necessary warnings and departmental training to reduce energy consumption, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.
  • Carry out decisions made to save energy, ensuring a reduction in our environmental footprint.
  • Predict the effects of energy efficiency on purchased equipment, making informed decisions to reduce our environmental impact.
  • Implement responsibilities to eliminate and collect waste properly, reducing environmental pollution and harm to the environment.
  • Carry out all responsibilities related to quality management and food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
