Key Responsibilities- Comprehend functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
- Responsible for business requirements gathering: workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and refine business user stories.
- Share business and technical insights with Product Owners.
- Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for both internal use and SD Worx' business.
- Use Agile methodology to track projects.
- Coordinate regularly with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
- Perform manual user acceptance testing on digital products to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
- Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Ensure minimal bugs in Salesforce Suite.
- Provide technical support to the Support Squad to resolve configuration defects.
- Assess readiness to deploy each release.
- Stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments, including innovations in future releases.
- Take ownership and follow up on projects assigned, ensuring targets are met.
- Create test plans, document (e.g., Release Notes, Demo Videos), evaluate, and track testing results.
- Check the usability view of the product and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems on projects.
- Degree holder in IT/IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicating ideas proactively and concisely.
- Autonomous and take initiatives when relevant.
