Financial Data Analyst Role

Awin's Financial Analysts play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future and strategic direction through expert data analysis and insightful financial modelling. This position enhances decision-making across the organisation by providing precise, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimise performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting using Tableau to track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and other critical data points relevant to business operations.
  • Create detailed financial models that forecast business performance and simulate various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse data and report outcomes to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Present complex analysis and reports to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that technical and non-technical audiences understand the implications and insights.
  • Continually refine and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes using BI tools to better meet the company's strategic needs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in a financial or business analytics position.
  • Analytical, pro-active and inquisitive, with the ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear, concise explanations for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Fluency in English (C1+).
