Inspirational Secondary Curriculum Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our team at International Schools Partnership. As an ISP teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Key Stages 3-5, with a focus on delivering high-quality education that meets the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• To teach and plan engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5, ensuring effective progression of learning and achieving academic excellence.
• To develop and implement curriculum schemes that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• To assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• To contribute to departmental meetings and planning sessions, sharing best practices and expertise.
• To participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with teaching methodologies and technologies.
• To collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive school culture and support student well-being.

Requirements:

• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE or BEd or equivalent) and degree-level education.
• Have thorough knowledge of subject curriculum in Key stages 3-5 and experience in preparing pupils for external examinations.
• Demonstrate a real passion for teaching and learning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show enthusiasm and commitment to the development of your subject department and the school community.
