Paid Media Specialist
ING is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience executing acquisition strategies through paid media and possess a marketing and communication global vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product and brand strategy, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, and optimizing leads. They will also work on enhancing efficiency and data fluency by analyzing campaign performance and implementing continuous improvements.
In addition, the candidate will develop digital strategy, execute data activation, and activate digital marketing tools. They will also coordinate media agencies and translate media research insights into media planning.
Requirements:
- 2/3 years of experience executing acquisition strategies through paid media
- Marketing and communication global vision
- Digital marketing tools technical knowledge
- Analytical mindset
- Proactivity, organization, innovation, and result-oriented
