Key Responsibilities- Enhance our QA process by ensuring the quality of our product delivered through manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental communication and teamwork to integrate QA activities effectively.
- Propose innovative testing strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the development team to solve bugs and issues.
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide visibility to all stakeholders.
- Evaluate deliverables according to specifications and provide Root Cause Analysis.
- Document processes, best practices, and platform-specific knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a QA position.
- Programming skills in automated test technologies: Playwright, Javascript, JUnit, Postman, Gherkin/Cucumber, Bash, or similar.
- Mobile automation.
- Integration with Browser Stack.
- Connection to Endpoints API & knowledge of web and API testing with Postman.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA, Zephyr).
- Familiarity working within Agile Scrum is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and Spanish (oral / written).
- Travels: This position includes regular flight testing.
