About the Role

The Finance team is a critical component of any successful business, and at Revolut Ltd, we take it to the next level. Our global financial fintech relies heavily on the expertise of our Finance & Strategy Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 1-2 departments, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance across various areas, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and review financial models for new products, ensuring accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Support senior leaders in resource allocation and prioritization, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with department owners to develop meaningful financial frameworks, gaining deep insights into revenue, margins, and user segments.
  • Identify and drive growth initiatives, measuring profitability and impact through business case analysis.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
