About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our team at Mygwork, a global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for leading the production of audiovisual campaigns for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, budgeting, and timeline management
- Lead a team of production professionals to deliver high-quality content
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative content solutions
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with global production networks to ensure successful campaign launches
Requirements
- 15-20 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house
- Professional experience in offline, online, and 2D, 3D, audio, and media production
- Solid understanding of production, post-production, and the creative development process
- Knowledge of data handling and asset management, buyouts, and formats
- Successful history of project leadership to clients and account
- Ability to manage medium to complex projects with varying components
- Proven negotiation skills
- Fluent in English to work with native speakers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools
