Helly Hansen is seeking a highly skilled Retail Stock Allocator and Inventory Controller to join our team in South Europe. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are supplied with stock on time and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with key interfaces to ensure seasonal retail buy and assortment is reaching stores on time.
- Replenish all stores to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
- Control inventory levels to optimize sales, gross margin, and sell-through of product.
- React quickly to developing trends at retail by shifting store allocations and securing additional stock.
- Analyze sales reports to identify best sellers, worst sellers, and current trends.
- Keep a regular communication with stores to review inventory and delivery issues with store management.
- A passion for sports and the ability to relate and understand consumer perception.
- 3-5 years combined retail buying experience.
- Ability to generate new and creative solutions and processes to business issues.
- Ability to make decisions and set priorities that meet financial goals.
- Superior communications skills; fluent in English.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office products.
