About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative E-learning Content Developer to join our team at Make Academy. Our mission is to empower individuals to succeed with Make by delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Engaging Online Courses: Utilize Articulate Storyline 360 to create dynamic visual learning courses based on storyboards provided by instructional designers.
  • Visual Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality course content by utilizing a keen eye for detail and strong visual creativity.
  • Learner-Centric Approach: Anticipate learner needs and preferences to create the best possible learning experience.
  • Effective Learning Experiences: Implement informed choices about visual elements, interactivity, and course flow to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with instructional designers and other stakeholders to align course content with learning objectives and goals.
  • Project Management: Work independently to manage and execute multiple content development projects.
  • Visual Element Creation: Use tools such as Camtasia to create visual elements to enrich the learning experience.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Solve creative problems by devising innovative solutions for content presentation and interaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks such as uploading courses and maintaining content in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
  • E-learning Development Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Articulate Storyline 360 Proficiency: Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline 360 for course development.
  • Video Editing Skills: Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Learning Experience Design: Strong understanding of learning experience design and principles.
  • Attention to Detail and Visual Creativity: Exceptional attention to detail and visual creativity.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for Learning: Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Liquid Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Liquid is highly desirable.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to devise innovative content solutions.
