We are looking for a Senior Rentals Agent to join our team in Madrid and contribute to our success.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Rentals Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Listing rental properties in target areas of Madrid
  • Collecting and checking property documentation and signing mediation agreements with landlords
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring proactive communication with landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of rental deals
  • Managing the full rental cycle and offering constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants
  • Keeping our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintaining your personal database up to date

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong previous experience in the real estate sector
  • Specific knowledge of Madrid's market, key areas, and central locations
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results
  • Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international team
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients
