About This Role
At Gartner Careers, we are seeking a seasoned expert in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Corporate Assurance Practice, you will advise senior leaders on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices related to GRC systems, regulatory tracking, and intelligence technology, quantitative risk management, and compliance risk monitoring and mitigation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Create insightful research and provide actionable advice to Chief Compliance & Ethics Officers and other legal, compliance, and risk leaders on the best opportunities presented by sound processes and technology, including:
- Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems
- Regulatory tracking and intelligence
- How to assess and select fit-for-purpose systems
- Using analytics to measure and predict compliance risk
- Reporting on compliance risks using data and other sources
Deliverables
Develop high-quality, actionable advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients. Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues within these specified areas by understanding the broader market and ecosystem related to GRC, IRM, and compliance risk management and analytics, partnering with experts internally, and learning from our clients' practices.
Your Qualifications
10+ years of experience within GRC, regulatory, and compliance risk management and analytics or related fields. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience and interest in advising, presenting to, and writing for senior levels of an organization. Knowledge of and experience with the chief compliance officer role, obligations, and requirements of compliance & ethics programs, and compliance risk management in general. Working knowledge of the vendor market, functionalities, and capabilities for GRC and Regulatory tracking and intelligence systems. Familiarity and experience with primary vendors in this space, such as SAP GRC, IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer. Ability to conduct occasional travel regionally.
Estimated Salary: $145,000 per year
