Project Lead for Special Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to head our Special Projects Team focused on spare parts procurement. The successful applicant will have experience in project management, strategic planning, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for special projects, aligning with organizational goals. This includes managing intercultural teams, leading mentoring and development programs, and championing the use of Design Thinking methodologies.

Requirements include a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, 6 years of experience in supply chain management, project and process management, and proficiency in SAP structures. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of 5 White Collar employees.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for special projects.
  • Champion the use of Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
