About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager for Product to join our team at Socialpoint. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to guide product development decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform product development decisions
  • Engage with analysts, data scientists, and game teams to provide insights and guidance derived from quantitative study
  • Assist in defining and refining product features based on user and consumer insights
  • Contribute to the development of long-term product and data strategy
  • Bolster stakeholder trust and build technical knowledge through execution of ad hoc analyses of high business priority

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in data analytics or data science roles with a demonstrated experience in product design and project management
  • Strong experience in SQL and experience in Python; Adept in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau
  • Experience with data mining, predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, application development, computational analytics, econometric modeling, data visualization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evangelize an up-to-date awareness of where analytics/data science can be leveraged to provide business value across all levels and disciplines
