Localization Project Manager - A Key Role in Our Team

Rheinschrift Language Services is a leading translation service provider in Germany, serving global players and language service providers worldwide. Our mission is to support our customers' language needs and provide valuable experience and guidance to navigate their localization projects successfully.

As a Localization Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing localization projects from start to finish
  • Communicating proactively with customers across different time zones to ensure effective collaboration
  • Managing relationships with customers, freelancers, and internal resources to build trust and reliability
  • Guiding customers through their projects by providing expertise, insight, and competence
  • Coordinating internal and external resources for high-quality and on-time deliveries
  • Analyzing source files to identify potential risks and creating solutions to prevent any potential issues
  • Calculating and analyzing project setups to adhere to quoted budgets
  • Reviewing customer feedback, troubleshooting all project-related issues
  • Organizing trainings and meetings for linguistic teams based on feedback to develop improvements and set up optimized processes

We're seeking a Localization Project Manager with exceptional verbal and writing communication skills in English, experience in localization project management, and in-depth knowledge of TMS and CAT tools.
