What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Management Specialist who possesses a growth mindset, is customer-focused, and is open and borderless in their approach. You'll have a proven track record in system management, network administration, and technical support, with a solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and software systems. Familiarity with cybersecurity, incident response, and IT security architecture is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
• Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and software systems
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, incident response, and IT security architecture
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration, and design
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering, and infrastructure
