The ideal candidate will have a strong creative and visual storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design and layout. You will also be able to work with cross-functional teams and support strategic communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit video and graphic content, ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality standards.
- Adapt formats for different platforms, ensuring the content is optimized for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team to translate strategic objectives into visual content that enhances audience engagement.
- Provide technical and creative support for video production, including filming, editing, and post-production processes.
- Support the team with photo editing and graphic design tasks as needed, ensuring consistency in brand visuals across all communication materials.
- Assist in the development of digital campaigns by producing multimedia content that helps to amplify the team's message.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
- English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Video editing, graphic design, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support strategic communication initiatives.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of design and layout.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with trends in digital content, video marketing, and multimedia formats.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and creative software.
