Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our entire range of products and services to existing and prospective customers in a dedicated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and promote our products and services to customers using solid arguments and market analysis.
  • Develop the market for fan packs and newly launched products in conjunction with the General Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their technical and commercial needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by keeping the CRM system constantly updated.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the fan, HVACR industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to travel.
