About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing software training to our hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify customer requirements and identify the appropriate setup requirements
  • Deliver high-quality customer training on the chosen SiteMinder product via digital communication platforms
  • Clearly communicate SiteMinder's support procedures to the customer to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our customer service
  • Take ownership of customer projects, driving them forward and ensuring they meet their objectives
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Spanish, English, and Portuguese is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences
  • Sound knowledge of technology and the hotel industry
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
