**3Commas for Institutions: A New Frontier in Institutional Crypto Trading**

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Crypto Product Marketing Manager Lead to join our team at 3Commas-Bf8Aa341F252. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of institutional crypto trading and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that cater to the needs of institutional clients, including crypto asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to define product-market fit, develop value propositions, and identify key selling points.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans, including campaign planning, value messaging, and competitive positioning to drive product adoption.
  • Leading the creation of marketing materials (decks, articles, videos) for online and offline events, focusing on key product features like multi-account trading and bulk operations for institutional clients.
  • Organizing and participating in industry events, both online and offline, to boost product visibility and engagement among asset managers.
  • Demonstrating high-impact lead-generation initiatives to help drive product adoption for 3Commas for Asset Managers.
  • Partnering with product, development, and business development teams to ensure product messaging aligns with institutional client needs and cross-functional goals.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to continually refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with trading or portfolio management solutions tailored for institutional clients in either tradfi or crypto sectors.
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong record in launching new products, market research, and GTM planning.
  • Own trading experience (crypto or tradfi) preferred, bringing practical understanding of trading needs.
  • Excellent content development skills across various media, including long-form, video, and presentation formats.
  • Start- or scale-up experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
