Responsibilities:
You will manage projects, design and implement data products from both analytical and software points of view, and work closely with colleagues across Oliver Wyman to cover a global footprint.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing data products
- Managing data collection, model creation, and analyses
- Conducting primary and secondary research
- Creating hypotheses and surfacing insights
- Client presentations and interaction for decision making related to technical aspects of the project
- Using Partners and the internal network effectively to provide technical and senior-level steer to projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (desirable)
- At least 3 years of previous working experience as an Associate Team Leader, or at least 5 years of previous working experience as a Team Leader
- Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in using advanced analytics such as Python (must), Matlab and R (desirable) and data manipulation softwares such as SAS and SQL
- Ability to manage a demanding work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
