Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions by applying statistical, machine learning, and other modelling methods.
  • Consult on potential solutions, guide the implementation team, and build solutions yourself.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, present results, and coordinate work packages for the project team.
  • Implement algorithms and lead the development of data analytics techniques.

Requirements

  • Master or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience outside academia and in Healthcare, ideally in Research & Development.
  • Strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data science to improve business processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with business teams and developers.
  • Experience working in virtual teams and project management.
