Unlock Your Potential as a GTM Enablement Manager

Circula, a leading fintech company, is seeking a highly skilled GTM Enablement Manager to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams. As a key member of our team, you will spearhead strategic and tactical enablement initiatives, including comprehensive training programs and resource development, to empower our teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Streamline and Enhance Sales and Customer Success Teams through strategic enablement programs, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across teams.
  2. Develop Comprehensive Onboarding Programs for new hires, accelerating ramp-up time and increasing productivity, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  3. Design and Implement Training Programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies, working closely with external trainers and subject matter experts.
  4. Measure and Evaluate GTM Enablement Strategies to drive continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to inform decision-making and optimize results.
  5. Establish and Maintain a Centralized Repository of GTM collateral and materials, ensuring alignment with our market positioning and maintaining up-to-date resources.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  1. Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector, with a strong understanding of the accounting and fintech spaces.
  2. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Drive and Commitment: A commitment to excellence, consistently delivering high-quality programs and resources to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  5. Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools and technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new methodologies and best practices.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
