Job Summary

The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join the team of Juan Valcárcel. The successful candidate will contribute to the UNLEASH project, focusing on the characterization of molecular mechanisms of alternative splicing (AS) regulation, including the identification and analysis of small molecule modulators and their potential applications in medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Characterize molecular mechanisms of AS regulation
  • Identify and analyze small molecule modulators
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • PhD in Molecular Biology
  • Proven experience in Molecular Biology and Gene Regulation
  • Fluency in English
  • Desirable but not required: Computational Biology skills, Experience with RNA analysis
