Key Responsibilities:- Extract financial information and data from various systems, including Finance, Payroll, and PowerBI.
- Review data for accuracy and ensure that all financial records are up-to-date and compliant.
- Prepare journal entry postings and margin reports, analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reconcile system information and collaborate with the local team (Payroll, Finance, Front Office) and the Shared Service Center (R2R) team to resolve inconsistencies.
- Develop and review activities forecasts with the local team, ensuring that financial projections are accurate and achievable.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- A degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in a shared service center environment, accounting or payroll, and collaborating with international teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Excellent customer-focus and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working in a multinational environment with diverse teams is highly valued.
