Your Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead our Toronto site and contribute to the development of AIR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced reasoning-AI architectures and algorithms for the physical sciences and engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced reasoning-AI architectures and algorithms for the physical sciences and engineering
  • Collaborate with microchip engineers and customers in the semiconductor industry to develop AIR
  • Translate project objectives into clear technical software requirements
  • Supervise a team of machine learning and chip design professionals
  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment to achieve project milestones and deliverables
  • Establish effective workflows and processes, organizing projects
  • Collaborate with universities on developing selected aspects of the product
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
  • Knowledge of AI algorithms and architectures
  • Familiarity with industry-standard AI tools and libraries
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for real-world problems (desired)
  • Prior experience working with large-scale datasets (desired)
