Position Overview
Conduct thorough requirements analysis. Design and implement effective functional solutions for various projects. Provide accurate effort estimations for project tasks. Collaborate with both the Omega team and clients to achieve project goals. Analyze and optimize application performance. Engage with technology vendors as necessary for project success. Validate solutions against established functional requirements. Adhere to the software quality standards defined by Omega's Technical Management. Create comprehensive functional documentation for completed projects. Share knowledge and best practices within Omega's community of practice.Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting. Familiarity with Field Service is advantageous. Experience with various Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and Community. Proficiency in Agile methodologies.Essential Skills
