About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our commercial team at Kantox. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish connections with key decision-makers in target accounts to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Kantox solutions.
  • Develop and present robust financial business cases for Kantox solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Manage client portfolios to optimize customer lifetime value and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute valuable insights for future product development.
Requirements
  • Strong background in finance, economics, or business administration with a relevant master's degree or similar.
  • Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Native level of Portuguese and fluent level of English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) business development or sales role within the finance or software industry (SaaS).
