About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our North Area team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall financial processes across the Operation Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and developing all finance activities of OA, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business advisory and analytics.
- Providing guidance and advice related to cash flow management, cost controls, and expenses for different functions.
- Identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
- Nurturing talent within the organization by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to individuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations in a construction/engineering organization.
- Solid experience in ERP systems.
- Excellent English language skills.
