We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for our entire product portfolio, including 5G, LTE/LTE-A, UMTS/HSPA, GSM/GPRS, and GNSS wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and customer training on our wireless modules and development tools
  • Offer quick responses to customer technical enquiries, with the ability to travel for on-site support
  • Deliver product presentations and conduct product and tool training for customers on-site
  • Provide tangible feedback and feasible solutions to customers, according to their applications
  • Develop demo applications to help customers evaluate and integrate our modules in an easier and more effective way
  • Prepare regular technical reports indicating the support activities and open issues' progress
Requirements
  • Experience in embedded software design (hardware design experience is also beneficial)
  • Experience in IoT applications and protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with cellular modules and wireless modules like WIFI/BT (hands-on experience required)
  • Knowledge of USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP/IP processing, etc.
  • Experience in developing applications and firmware in C/C++ on Linux and RTOS embedded systems
  • Familiarity with 5G, LTE, LPWA technologies (a plus)
