Prime Video, a digital video streaming service offered by Amazon, is seeking a skilled Catalog Specialist to join our team in Japan. As a key member of our Partner Operations Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our video catalog meets the highest standards and provides an exceptional customer viewing experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Operations Account Managers to ensure the quality of the catalog meets our high bar.
- Perform operational tasks related to streaming video content on Prime Video, adhering to our requirements and policies.
- Conduct quality checks on content, validate image quality, and perform checks on user experience.
- Use software and tools for viewing, capturing, and fixing data on a daily basis.
- Native level fluency in Japanese.
- Able to read and write in English and communicate in real-time.
- Sound knowledge of computers and software, including MS Office and online tools.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory, with expertise in vlookup, pivot, and basic formula.
- Basic analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of streaming video and devices such as Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Roku TV.
As a Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks under general supervision related to metadata and content for video catalog quality. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
