Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Madrid, Spain. As a Sales Stylist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service through teamwork and living our brand values, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience.
  2. Product Knowledge: Offer exceptional 1-2-1 customer service and ensure that customers are fully informed about our products and services.
  3. Sales Performance: Support the Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets by delivering outstanding sales performance and driving sales growth.
  4. Inventory Management: Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that customers have access to the products they need.
  5. Brand Ambassador: Be a brand ambassador, embodying the values and spirit of Levi Strauss & Co. and promoting our brand to customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for the Brand: Be passionate about the brand and living our values, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Customer Focus: Be consumer-focused with the ability to offer great customer service, understanding customer needs and preferences.
  3. Previous Experience: Ideally have previous retail experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  4. Transferable Skills: Previous tailoring experience would also be desirable, as would any other transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  5. Confidence and Communication: Be confident in selling our products, approaching, and supporting customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
