Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's studies in Engineering or Economics, with a strong academic achievement
  • A minimum of four years of combined work experience in management consulting and industry
  • Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities, with an MBA from a reputable business school preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research, and primary and secondary research
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge, and sharp business acumen
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish, with other languages desirable
