Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms
- To handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
- To work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- To maintain accurate records and reports to measure performance and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
