Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Large Language Model Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting our AI Platform, which is an extension of our Data Platform designed to support all internal and external AI features of Manychat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new AI features and support them with data.
  • Design logging and live quality monitoring approaches.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify profitable opportunities and experiences.

Requirements

  • System design skills with experience in designing complex, evolving IT systems with AI, ML, and analytical components.
  • Proficiency in Python (Python 3, data processing, and analytics) and strong skills in SQL for data analysis and investigation.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, including classification, learning, metrics, overfitting, and deep learning (transformers, attention mechanism, prompting).
  • Familiarity with BI Reporting tools and ML libraries in Python (for ML, NLP, and deep learning).
  • Understanding of data-driven hypothesis testing and the ability to communicate complex technical and mathematical discussions with colleagues.
  • English language proficiency (B1/B2) and the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a supportive and polite manner.
