About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient software systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems, particularly with microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new solutions within our team's scope, brainstorming new ideas, solving complex problems, and transforming them into actionable designs.
- Take ownership of the team's components and libraries, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness, and lead architectural designs and guide mid-sized projects from inception to completion.
- Work alongside talented and experienced engineers within an empowered, autonomous, and agile team environment, creating documentation and enhancing test automation to maintain the high quality of our products.
- Drive quality across the stack by adhering to solid engineering principles and providing detailed feedback to colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems, particularly with microservices.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar, and the ability to leverage these environments to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Proficiency in Typescript, Node.Js, and one common front-end framework, preferably Vue.Js.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment practices and infrastructure as code.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Terraform and Kafka, providing tools to contribute to our infrastructure and data processing capabilities.
- Familiarity with Fastify and CI/CD integration using Gitlab, which will help streamline our development and operational procedures.
