About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Wind Specialist to join our Energy Transition team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our service deliverables, providing strategic advice to clients, and supporting project teams.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have substantial experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation within a project developer organisation or in an Owner's Engineer role within the relevant field. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting and leading working packages for the subsea cables scope within origination and early development projects
- Providing strategic advice in areas within the subsea cables scope in a varied range of assignments
- Delivering technical due diligence assignments supporting large and complex finance transitions
- Managing the design, manufacturing, installation, and testing processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
- Measurable and relevant professional experience in consulting or project management
- Profound industry knowledge and understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development
